Ingredients:
1 10 oz. box Frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 14 oz. can Artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup Shredded parmesan-romano cheese
1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
10 oz. Alfredo sauce
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl then spread in an 8X8 baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted. Serve warm with chips or bread.
It is that simple!
I used an aluminum round pan because I was taking it to a get together at church.
I had to taste to see if it was ok, of course. ;)
